I burned out hard in 2020, after about 6 years in BigLaw. I took my obsessive researching skills and focused on burnout + strategies for healing. After a few months of soul searching, I decided to use my counseling skills to get my coaching certification, and help professionals build fulfilling careers and hopefully avoid the pitfalls I’ve faced.

I’ve coached dozens of professionals working to heal or prevent burnout over the last year and a half. Here’s the thing, though: coaching isn’t accessible for everyone. It takes a lot of my time, and the cost reflects that.

Everyone deserves access to the information I’ve gathered. So I decided to create this workbook, so you can learn more about burnout, stress minimization, and stress management.
